Cancellation Policy
At Grabul, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order, and we aim to make this process as simple and transparent as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, as it will already be in the possession of our logistics partners.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can reach out to our support team by sending an email to support@grabul.com or by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 79074 43087. Please include your Order ID and a short request stating that you would like to cancel the order. Our team typically responds within one hour, and all cancellation requests placed before dispatch will be reviewed and processed accordingly.
If your request is approved before dispatch, the order will be cancelled, and any payment made will be handled as per our Refund Policy. Requests received after the order has been shipped cannot be processed for cancellation; however, you may still explore available return options after receiving the product, based on our Return & Refund Policy.
