At Grabul, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 4 to 8 hours from the time they are placed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you informed in case of any delay. Once processed, orders are dispatched through one of our trusted courier partners. The delivery partner is automatically selected based on the destination location to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Our delivery timeline across India typically ranges between 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, courier partner schedules, and external factors such as weather conditions or transportation delays. In the event of any delay during processing, dispatch, or delivery, we will notify you through an official email. Customers are also welcome to reach out to us anytime via phone, WhatsApp, or email for updates or assistance, and we will ensure that every concern is addressed promptly.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details. You can track your order through the link provided in the email, via our website, or through the courier partner’s tracking portal. Please note that tracking information may take a few hours to reflect after the courier picks up the package.

Our courier partners usually attempt delivery two to three times. If you are unavailable or if the delivery address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply. If an order is damaged in transit or lost, we request that you inform us within 24 hours of delivery or the attempted delivery so that we can coordinate with the courier partner and provide a suitable resolution, including a replacement or refund based on your eligibility under our Return Policy.
