Refunds are eligible only when a product is returned within the specified return window of 5 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels intact. The item must be safely returned to us and pass our quality inspection before any refund is approved. Any product that is damaged, used, altered, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Any damage incurred during return shipping or found during inspection will lead to denial of the refund. Grabul is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is successfully received and inspected by our team. If the product meets all eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence of the issue so that our support team can review and provide a suitable resolution.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return and refund process as described in this policy.

Please note that certain items may be marked as non-returnable or final sale, and such products will not be eligible for refunds. Grabul reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy.
